Trauma Informed Conscious Parenting Coach Yasmine's journey to become a Trauma Informed Conscious Parenting Coach came from her own traumas growing up, the emotional neglect, war, chaos, immense uncertainty, constant moving, and great loss which finally sent her on a path of her own healing and growth. Her son's illness and his ultimate remission almost a decade ago led to the beginning of her healing through therapy, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, seclusion, and the grit of doing the inner work. Finding Dr Shefali's* work is what drove her to become a Conscious Parenting Coach and give back what feels so deeply true to her. She graduated from the Conscious Parenting Coaching Institute in 2020. Additionally, becoming a Trauma-Informed Coach in February 2022 certified by Dr. Gabor Maté was not only the next natural step in her own healing journey, but also became a key element of her coaching method. Yasmine started her early career in Human Resources in blue chip multinationals in Beirut and then Dubai. As a Trauma Informed Conscious Parenting Coach, she weaves in her professional training, her life experiences, health & wellness knowledge, and corporate expertise to deliver a conscious approach that will support you to increase your awareness and build a toolkit of resources that you will use for your healing, growth, and connection to yourself and all relationships around you.
