The following policy details our rescheduling and cancelation guidelines. Please understand and appreciate that this policy is in place to better serve you and clients who could benefit from a session availability, and in consideration of the time and effort of our team.
- Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable.
- You have the option to reschedule a booking up to 48 hours prior to the starting time of your session.
- A Rescheduled Session can only be booked with the same service provider and for the same service.
- Any No-Show or Late Cancelation occurring within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a full session deduction, and cannot be rescheduled.
- Your pre-recorded session will be available for access for a period of 24 hours from the moment of purchase.
- These sessions are non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.
- Workshops and Courses are pre-defined educational sessions that may or may not be recurrent. For that reason, once booked, they cannot be rescheduled or canceled, and are non-refundable.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the passes are used before the expiration date of the package.
- The package validity is calculated starting from the date and time of purchase.
- Packages or passes within a package may not be transferred to other User Accounts.
- Packages cannot be frozen, and are non-refundable.

- Package of 3 Jade Crystal Healing Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Hypnotherapy Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Packages of 5 Mindfulness Coaching Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Breathing Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Private Yoga Sessions valid for 1 month.
- Package of 10 Private Yoga Sessions valid for 2 months.
- Package of 5 Health Coaching Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Vibrational Healing Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 3 Family Constellation Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Therapeutic Yoga Sessions valid for 2 months.
- Package of 5 Sounds Healing Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Yoga & Sound Healing Sessions valid for 2 months.
- Package of 8 Empowerment Coaching Sessions valid for 3 months.
- Package of 5 Group Classes valid for 1 month.
- Package of 10 Group Classes valid for 2 months.
