Duration: (75 minutes) Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, distance energy healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance. The session is filled with guided inspiration and healing movements to release stress and anxiety; improves flexibility; strengthens immunity; releases toxins and balances energy channels. It is also, a good practice for those recovering from or living with injury, but can also be used as a self-care strategy for prevention and to maintain one's well being. Therapeutic Yoga is a means to facilitate healing in the whole person, physically and emotionally. No prior yoga experience needed.

Duration: (75 minutes) Vinyasa is a dynamic form of yoga that links the breathe to fluid movements in a creative sequence. Unlike other dynamic styles of yoga, vinyasa doesn’t have a fixed system of movements. We start our practice with breathwork then move on to a playful sequence that can be physically challenging at times, towards the end we soften and release with gentle stretches making you feel alive, connected and free. This practice develops strength, endurance and flexibility while creating internal heat. Overall the results at the end of the session will leave you peaceful and calm.

During this sacred hour, you will be intuitively guided to a state of deep relaxation, while mindfully experiencing the benefits of each theme of the weekly meditations. Duration: (75 minutes) Surrender yourself completely to the quiet, contemplative practice of Yin Yoga. Be still, be passive, and allow gravity to do the work for you. The class takes you through a series of floor-based postures that are held anywhere between 1-5min, where we encourage the use of props and cushions to hold and support the body in place. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the shoulders, spine, hips and pelvis, enhancing joint health, flexibility, and blood circulation. Mental strength and resilience are also practiced as the biggest challenge lies in remaining motionless, cultivating inner stillness, and quieting the mind.Taking root in traditional Chinese medicine, a regular practice of Yin Yoga balances the health of our internal organs by clearing blockages in our energy channels, and improving the flow of vital life force (prana, or chi) in the body. All levels are welcome.
